Donna - I'm not really sure what actions other states are taking on the issue
of toxic waste. The only thing I can tell you is to look the PIRGs up on the
web. You can go into NYPIRG to find out more about that specific bill, and
check out the other states to see what they are doing. As I said

are considered. They are seldom restricted to any one given area over time. At
all levels of government we need to strengthen environmental laws.
