I'd urge you to reconsider TLE. BizLink is an excellent
communications tool, but it is awkward in translation and is often
very frustrating to manage. It has many excellent qualities, but if
I had to choose a translator I'd pick TLE. (I've worked extensively
with both)

I've worked extensively with both TLE and Biz - if I had to choose a
translator it would be TLE, though. Each has strengths, but in the
end TLE is probably more flexible. I also think that Inovis' TLE
support is somewhat better than their Biz support (my opinion only).
I've worked with a fair number of EDI translation solutions, VANs,
and VAN alternatives, over my sordid career. My paycheck right now
comes from working with a company that uses Invois BizManager (the
suite of stuff that includes BizLink, BizConnect, etc.) and we deal
with Inovisworks
