That's what I'm hoping, Lexa. Actually I don't see any reason for CE marks at all. It's just an obstacle put in place by EU bureaucrats to help keep them in a job and make things over here more expensive. I don't know what it was supposed to achieve but it doesn't seem to have made a difference

Strictly speaking, the CE mark was originally intended to ensure the free movement of goods throughout Eu, so that, for instance, one country in the Eu could not prevent goods from being sold from another country because they did not meet certain criteria, eg emc, wheel size, fog horn
