I had problems with my K POD RIT/XIT working intermittently with the K3. The XIT/RIT worked fine on the K3. I opened a case and sent videos to Elecraft. They sent a new K POD but the problem was not resolved. They had no other solutions and the case was closed without resolution. Years

I recall Eric mentioning an advantage to connecting the headset boom mic to the rear panel headphone and mic connectors. The manufacturer of the headset advised this was not preferable due to the potential for ground loops on the mic side. Has anyone had any experience with ground loops on
