[Elecraft] CW Type and K-3

I had time last night to work on the problem I was having getting CW Type to key the K-3. I was getting the red transmit light but no RF going out the wire. VOX was on and the K-3 was not in test mode. I found that my difficulty is understanding the PTT-KEY menu selections. I cycled
