CW weight refers to the balance between the single element length (dit) and the space. But, what is the elecraft definition of a "weight" of 1.00 verses 1.25? As weight is changed does the dit or the space change? Does the ratio between dit and dah remain a constant 3:1?

I would to use an existing 2 meter xvtr with the KX3. No problem except my primary use would be for satellite operation. That is in the 145.8 to 146.0 mhz. That would correspond to 29.8 to 30.0 mhz, which is out of band for the KX3. So, is there a way to allow transmit just above the ten meter
