Hi Stan, What I often do is to make very frequent band change so I would have to repeat each time the bypass/debypass process... I would prefer to have a higher threshold for all bands. Or another possibility: At the start of a session, I could do a tuning somewhere in each band I plan to use.

Well I spoke about the SWR meter on my MFJ-949E. If I send CW, when I release the key, the reflected power needle goes up wildly.. sign of a high SWR... even at 11 watts. But that same needle stay at 0 W for a 10 Watts transmission...
