[Elecraft] KX 3 Intermittent problem power up problem

Has anyone with a KX3 experienced this problem? When turning the kx3 on with theband- and atu tune buttons the back ground leds come on but no screen display. Removing the power cable and letting it sit there disconnected for a few hours and then when power up is turned on   everything starts

[Elecraft] k3 sdr-ir pan adapter

Just acquired a rf space sdr- iq receiver and I would like to contact someone using the same set up. I managed to make it work as a stand alone receiver with Spectravue and sdr-radio.com v 1.5 but I can't get either of the software programs to control the K3. I have checked the rs 232 cable
