map for poll, and used their search function for vote, vote cw,
poll, poll cw and find no poll. Maybe you need to have a microphone to
find the page?

It's on ARRL's home page (http://www.arrl.org). Scroll down the page
about 50% and on the right side you'll see the box labeled ARRL Web
Survey.
