Sadly Dan, both /KX2 and /KX3... and /K3, /K2,/KX1, /KPA, KAT ... are all non-compliant for US hams. All the K's belong to the US as ITU-assigned prefixes./KM6is as well, although Elecraft hasn't made one of those yet, however they are all valid US prefixes, and thus ineligible for
