Anyone need an New Old Stock EC2 Enclosure? I bought it in 2001 and it's never
been out of the box, parts still wrapped in paper, assembly hardware included.
I'd like $55 shipped USPS in US.
Please contact me OFF LIST if you'd like to buy it.

When one builds the amplifier and auto-tuner for the K2 into an external EC2
project box, the front, rear, and top panels of the project box are left
over after using punched and printed replacement panels that come with those
kits. I could make use of those if anyone has them, glad to pay

Nice work!
I too have built my own enclosures with similar techniques. A couple of my
projects can be seen here: http://sadxa.org/n7ws.html#amp

Although at the time I had access to a prototype workshop, I have done similar
work at home with comparable results. If possible, I avoid bends.
If you can build whatever you want, you can easily build the enclosure.
Here is an EC2 clone I built last week in about 6 hours. I made the side
panels with a hacksaw, file and drill press. The front panel I cut and
formed with an inexpensive 8" shear/brake. This one is branded Grizzly,

Before I order an EC2 just wondering if anyone in the UK has one they would

I'm also looking for a KAT100PNL kit.
Thanks

The EC2 could be a nice companion to a K2/100 when using for portable
QRP if it contained the KAT100; more amp-hours in battery storage as
compared to the single 2.9 A/H battery in a traditional K2; and
battery/monitoring /charging cicuitry. If anyone has done this I would

Hi all,
I seem to remember a couple of guys looking to experiment with setting
up an extension speaker and PSU in an EC2 enclosure. Has anything come
of it? I am interested in this, especially since I added the KPA100 as
I find the speaker in it a little bassy for my liking.
