I'd encourage everyone to try to work at a lower power, yes, it puts a bit more emphasis on conditions, and a bit more effort for the prop gods, but when it is all done, holding that qsl card from a Chek, or other Eu country, or Asia, or pretty much anywhere, that states quite simply that the
