I don't have a TS-590S but I'm sure somebody who has one can tell you how.   Crank up the audio drive from Windows (or whatever), run the TS-590S in USB mode and crank up the audio gain and compression, etc.  It simply doesn't make sense that you can't overdrive a TS-590S. Dave  AB7E On
