[Elecraft] Filter Problem

I did a master reset (by mistake) and think I have everything back to normal (didn't have a config back up) except that when I use the 500 and 250 filters I lose the signal, but hear an attenuated noise. I added a couple of dB gain to the filters but that doesn't help. Any ideas? John

Thanks to everyone who responded to my question. I figured out my problem and believe it or not, it my own stupidity that was the problem. Went back and looked at my filter setup in the k3 utility menu and saw that I had 4.00 instead of 0.40 in the setting made all the difference. Thanks

[Elecraft] Filter problem, Invoice 53756

I received the replacement 250 Hz 8 pole replacement filter from Elecraft, and installed it as instructed. This did not fix the problem. I can hear noise as if the receiver is working, but no signals, same as before. Please help. Dave Blaschke, W5UN Previously I wrote: I will ask here
