I think he is talking about the jerks who run max smoke to talk to each other when only a few hundred miles apart. I've heard this behavior on 40M fairly often: Goober asks Billy Joe Bob if he can copy him. BJB says sure, solid copy! You are only 35 over 9, down from your usual 40 over. G
