Note that for those running 100 watts or less being only 5 feet (1.5 meters)
from the antenna is fine anywhere below 21450 kHz. I have a 120 foot end fed
"Inverted L" that terminates at the tuner on a shelf above the rig, about 5
feet from me.
(I've always considered 100 watts out QRO, Hi).

same question, about RF exposure using an amp and an indoor antenna.
