Well, half fixed. Discovered that I had routed my recorded audio in
Windows Sound Settings to my speakers instead of to the right input on
the KIO3B. Now my only problem is that I have no microphone audio.
Before I do anything else I'm going to check for a physical connection
problem. Sorry

Do you have anything plugged into the Line-In jack?
That will disconnect the audio in connection through the USB.
