Folks,
The Articles Manager at eHam has pulled the article and related comments
off their site. He felt that my posting here was discourteous to him.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

In keeping with my rediscovered interest in flat water kayaking, I plan to
paddle to my operating site on a hill overlooking Blue Ridge Reservoir for
Flight of the Bumblebees tomorrow. Look for Bee 27 on 40, 20, 15, and 10 as
conditions warrant. I'll be running a K2 and 170 foot end feed wire.

Oh well, Jerry, we have been plagued by smark alecks for years. Such annoying
ones as Mark Twain, Will
In any event, you can view and comment on it here:

That's certainly going to hurt eHam's chances of getting more articles from
people. I didn't read the article but if you start applying censurship, you
lose writers very quickly. And supporters, I would imagine.
Now if his advertisers forced him to remove the article, that is just as
bad.
I guess I'm having trouble following this thread. Would someone mind giving
an old guy a summary of what's happening. It seems that a post to eHam was
critical of eHam so the post was pulled...is that the basics of what's
happening.
Tnx

It is apparently the rant of someone who expected his
timeless prose to show up on eHam as soon as he had
expected. This became a diatribe against eHam and those
nasty old advertisers (read Evil Large Corporations,
file a complaint with Ralph Nader!). A posting from an
eHame official pointed out
Page 17 in the K2 manual describes where to solder P4 , which is to the left of
P5. Are the Long pins inserted into the PCB board or are the short pins
inserted like P5. The manual , I think, does not describe this in detail.
Thanks,
Steve
