Steve, A good start would be to redo the K3 TX GAIN CALIBRATION.  Do not use the Utility, do it manually.  This problem can occur as a result of varying drive from the K3, typically from previously transmitting at either 5 or 50 watts.  Using your dummy load, set the K3 PWR to 5w.  In
