I just finished the kpa100/kat100 in the ec2. Somewhere along the line
I've lost the rf output reading on 160/12/10 meters. All the other bands
are ok and rf output looks fine.
Anybody have any insight into what the check?

I'll
produce some data.
It sounds like something in the vpwr circuit. I checked the voltages on U8
and found pin 10 had 5v and 11 had 0v which is opposite of what it is in the
manual.
Thoughts anyone?

After some more debugging it appears that the ksb2 is causing the problem.
Removing it returns tx power to normal levels. Some might say, good you
don't need ssb anyway.
Looking at the dac u2 I find that pin 5 is at 6v

LOTS of QRP entries last year!
Elecraft K2 mentioned in SOAPBOX by four separate entries. I'm sure
there were more.
K2 here (#2 qrp).

. For example the K2 reads 80, but the external wattmeter reads 100w.
On 15m output is below normal. The K2 will read 110 and the max out is 90w.
Approachs normal at around 70w. On 10m ouptput tracks like 20m except max
out is about 110w.

Pat,
Something strange is happening here. First the facts of 'the case':

should your external wattmeter if it is functioning correctly.
