Whew!! Now I dont feel so bad..40 contacts with 18 multipliers.
I figured it was my lack of a good 10 meter setup.
Although Fla had a direct line to MO this afternoon
for a hour or so. Figured I might
hear Tom (N0SS) out there.

I was able to use my xg2 on 1uv with the AT1 in line at full attenuation. I'm
fired up to move on and get this on the air!! Guess I am looking for a
condidence check.

did notice the header pins on the dspx are a little long on the 2x10 header,
as mentioned recently on the reflector.
I will remedy that next time I open the lid, as I am now starting a KPA100
(courtesy of the gang at booth 60 again)

I own most of the Elecraft Mini

board. The manual mentions several times not to use washers between the sink
and the board,
but shouldn't there be something there? I looked forward in the manual, but did

his cw was able to make his first cw contact using it. It just does not get any
better!

How did battery ops go? I listened for you here in FL, whilst building the
front panel board of the K2,but 40M appeared too long for stateside. Didn't
even hear Tom (N0SS). Macedonia, however, was not too much of a problem.
I'll look for you guys again next week.

took the plunge and got a TDS 2012 100 Mhz. Those guys have never lost the art
of making a good scope.

Hello to all. I have been on the fence for a KX1 for a while
now, and am close to taking the plunge. My trusty HW-8 is pretty bulky in a
backpack. I was wondering if anyone has considered a 17 meter option. I would
gladly exchange 20 or 80 for 17.
