Yes. You can also copy it at 5, 15, and 20 MHz without the KBPF3. 73, Wayne N6KR On Jul 29, 2011, at 10:47 AM, corrib...@aol.com wrote: Hello, Can WWV at 10 MHz be copied on the K3 without the KBPF3 General Coverage Module? Thanks

Yes, if the WWV signal at 10 MHz is decent. The receiver sensitivity is reduced outside of the ham bands without the KBPF3 module but it still tunes and receives those frequencies. 73, Ron AC7AC -Original Message- Hello, Can WWV at 10 MHz be copied on the K3 without the KBPF3 General

FWIW, I try and use 10 MHz as a last resort for zero-beat. The house is filled with 10 MHz clocks from various electronic appliances, all of them being nowhere near WWV accuracy so it can make zero beat adjustments difficult, depending on the incoming signal strength. However, when I make a

The 10-MHz ham-band filter is definitely wide enough to provide adequate MDS at 10 MHz. The same goes for the 14 MHz filter at 15 MHz, and the 5.3 MHz filter at 5.0 MHz. 73, Wayne On Jul 29, 2011, at 11:03 AM, Ron D'Eau Claire wrote: Yes, if the WWV signal at 10 MHz is decent. The
