I will do this next weekend if nobody objects. (There was also the utf8 branch, but all of its commits had already been merged to master, so I deleted it today. It was pointing to commit 8fa3a4c88f7c9bc2463ea9e32fc29cab845e1184, which remains available on the elinks-0.12 and master branches.) One could also rewrite the commit history to completely purge these files from the Git repository, and replace previously released tar files with censored versions. That would however invalidate all PGP signatures, so I'd rather do that only if the copyright holders actually demand it.
