I'll just chip in here. Today I successfully installed Steffan's .deb on a Pi4 under Debian 11.2. Latency-test does not appear to support running from the root user and I have not had time to add a user yet. Steps were: 1 download Debian 11.2 image 2. Burn to SD card using raspberry imager. 3.
