Hi, Has anyone come across this problem. While testing a network switch to EN 55022/24 and FCC Subpart B, the customer insisted that a scrolling H must appear on a visual display used as a peripheral of the network switch. Test setup included a number of PCs, mouse, keyboard, and visual display.

Hi David, We recently encountered this, testing a server in Taiwan for BSMI approvals. We argued that the display is auxiliary equipment, only used to install and debug, and the port would be not populated in final use. They insist not only on scrolling Hs, but testing all screen resolutions
