My understanding is to use FCC Part 15. A lot of people default to Part 18,
but Part 18 refers to RF lighting and LEDs are not RF lighting. The next
thing to look at is the power supply (assuming it’s integrated into the
light fixture), and it will likely fall into Part 15. Of
