Mat, Beware, some OV Testers in the market are not compliant with the UL1950 requirements. I also wanted to purchase an OV Tester a few years ago. The market price then was $14,000. I sent specs to UL and because the tester did not have two current sources as required in the standard, we had to reject the offer. We finally designed and built a tester for ourselves for a cost of $3000.
