I’m not sure if you can “hide” NativeCam once embedded, but it’s possible to
use it as a standalone application. That way it won’t take up space on your CNC
gui.

One machine I have is using some of those Transtorque taper locks. For a 1/2"
shaft they require a 7/8" bore on the pulley. It works very well in the
application we're using it.
