HI all, I've been occupied in building a new Y axis to go on top the x of my contourmaster. Nothing like jousting with windmills. 1" rails on top of a cold drawn/hot roll frame.  5/8" ballscrew. With the spindle as reference I get about a half thou deflection leaning on the axis in the y
