According to raster Bada is so far not related to E -- supposed to be
the distro that will ship with E

there is now a ppa for ubuntu which does daily builds of e17, efl and
some more stuff. Currently it builds for natty, maverick and oneiric,
when someone needs packages for older versions of ubuntu I can add
more.
