Stuart & Ken, I don't manually mess arount with Registry but use a good Reg
cleaner -- that time it didn't help
I tried Task Manager but never thought of Processes too -- live & learn

One approach I have used over the years is to skip upgrades and their costs
until there was something of value for me. Doing that I usually found it was
actually cheaper to just buy new when I wanted the "new toy".
In reference to the pros and cons listed a couple of messages down, I have had
long conversations with the Equis folks and I think some clarification is in
order.
