alo check out instantssl.com, which is under the comodo group's
certificate path; also rooted in geotrust IIRC...
They have a variety of inexpensive SSL certs, starting at $49 last time
I checked. I started using them almost 2 years ago, for a client who
recently upgraded to a slightly-beefier
Comodo should be avoided - they don't own their own root, and the
company that does is possibly unstable; they're also implicated in spam
campaigns on Thawte's customers, presumably to keep themselves afloat;
they're the only CA not WebTrust certified. FreeSSL.com and Bob's $25

Looks like Mandrake 9.2 has a new Network setup that allows you to create profiles
for separate networks. It doesn't look like it is cooked yet (See the link below for
