I tried to submit a talk (without supplying a photo) and the submission
form bombed out:
IOError at /submission/
[Errno 2] No such file or directory:
u'/var/www/eurotech/foord_michael_tmb.jpg'
Request Method: POST
The DEBUG setting is on by the way, meaning crashes give a *lot* of
detail away.
I resubmitted and provided a photo and the form didn't crash.
