Algorithm splitting as reason for Quantum Collapse

If we are algorithms executed by duplicated brains in a multiverse, is it possible that algorithm splitting is the reason for quantum mechanics. It seems like a simple explaination. If so then quantum interference takes place within a duplicated algorithm. Does this make any sense? -- You
