A. It's a PST file, things can be just because.
B. A single item which is 132.9MB would explain a PST file which was 133MB
with only 5 items.
C. Simply restore the PST file from the last known good backup.

that goal, barring other limitations it seems just fine to me. When I worked
for $vsc it was not uncommon to receive a mail message from a customer which
contained an attachment of 100MB or more.
