That is correct. The public folder is NOT under All Public Folders. Per
MS, MAPI clients cannot see anything but the All Public Folders. All
other trees can be seen via other clients such as OWA.

Are you referring to Automatic Name Checking? In OL2K, it is part of it by
default. Check under Tools, Options, E-mail Options (button), Advanced
E-mail options (button), it's a check box on the bottom. But, it doesn't
always work immediately.
