I'm sure that SOMEONE in management would complain if they knew what was
going on. I'd start with the guy who wrote the PO /or signed the check for
the Exchange license, telling them that they aren't getting what they paid

The 4188 errors are typical if you ARE relay secure, you use 'only
authenticated users can relay' and others try.
Where do you think you are 'hacked'?
