I am beginning to test my deployment of Office XP and have run into problems with offline folders, and downloading offline address book from exchange. I get an error massage "an error occurred while opening Microsoft exchange offline address book files on the exchange server, see your administrator" When Synchronizing offline folders I get an error "Task Microsoft Exchange Server reported error (0x80004005): the operation failed" Both of these features work from Outlook 97 clients.
