Is there some rule with Outlook Web Access that says you cannot change usernames and still be able to access the account. We have moved to a new username scheme and I have changed a user's username. Now, the only issue he's having is that he cannot login to OWA. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks for your time.
