1. Have you rebooted the Exchange server since sp1? 2. What sp level is Outlook 2K? IIRC, updating it to SR-1a made some changes in the way it contacted an E2K server (may not be worded correctly, but I think the concept is correct). Other than that, DNS is what should be checked.
