Title: RE: Inbox Assistance Rules cannot be saved
Server-side is preferred for most things. That's
where the limitation is.I do not remember is there are further
limitations to rules using the exchange client versus outlook.
In
Outlook, you want the Rules Wizard versus the Inbox Assistant

And
this explains server vs client.

Some
people still prefer inbox assistant though.

Subject: RE: Inbox
Hi
Williams,
I have
setup thecustom recipient for his New Zealand address sometime ago and
using the Alternate
recipient to forward mails to the new address. Now he is requesting
me to forward all his old mails
to the
new address. At first I have export his mailbox to a personal folder
It
must have been a good relationship for you to go through so much
effort.
You
could enable POP or IMAP access and tell him to get his own email.
Otherwise, I'd send him the .pst and let him deal with
it. I don't know of a way to convert it to mac
format.

Thanks, the administrator has used some file format conversion utility
and can't do the thing.
They
have the pst file. We have OWA, but I have disable his NT account.
May be I will enable
his NT
account again and ask him to use OWA for one month then remove his
account.
Thanks
anyway,
