Actually thats not true at all. For example, I used to run SuSE 5.1 and had to add the append statement into my lilo.conf to see 64M of ram. Btw, you DON'T enable the OS/2 option, since that's specific to the OS/2 operating system. ;) After upgrading to SuSE 5.3 I didn't need the append
