What does one have to do to get an anti-aliased Helvetica font in KDE 3.0?
Anti-aliased fonts are working fine for me on my desktop and my applications,
however I am finding that there are some web pages out there (including
www.linux-mandrake.org) that are coming up with non-AA
Problems with KDE3.0 (KDE rpms; not from cooker):
kcontrol works for me, but not for my wife's user account. It comes up, but is
mostly blank. A permissions problem?
Also, I can't add icons to her taskbar.
Are most people using the cooker rpms? Any word on a mandrake-packaged kde3?

Oh... we're talkin about them... just on the cooker list, as mandrake
has released their own packages.

Is anyone playing with the latest/current cooker kde 3.0 beta2 rpms? If so a
couple questions...
First, does the latest beta2 rpms support proper kmail addressbook
conversion? I read a review of the beta2 last week and one of the problems
then was its inability to transfer over your kde

I tested Kde3beta2 on Lm8.1
After install kde from rpms, kdm dissapeared and have only gdm left .
All the applications k* crash
Well, now that I almost have it working 100% I can say I am not displeased
with KDE 3.0. I have run into just a few annoyances/problems.
First off, perhaps someone could tell me what rpm is required for kpm to work?
