Most projectors I've seen have limited resolution refresh rates. I imagine the LCD on your laptop is set to higher values, and the projector can't handle it. Drop your res down to 640x480 (painful, I know) and 60hz to test. Or you could find out the specs actually make them right. I don't

I have a 3com 3C905-TX network card. I can`t get the network interface to come up. It fails at bootup every time. Is this a Driver issue? Or is my network setup wrong? Diskdrake automatically set it up to a 3C59X card and I set it to a 3c905 card. Either way it di not work.

I would Like to thank everyone for their help. This might be a networking bug with Mandrake 7.2. When I ran netconf there was no 3c90x.o module available. When I went to my modules directory, it was there. So I just did the following: /etc/init.d/network stop rmmod 3c509.o insmod 3c90x.o
