Turq, In the above words, and in other posts, you have chosen to besmirch so many posters here by a cruel indifference to the fact that virtually all of them have posted something of strong value. True, some do better than others, but all here, hell, even you with your travelogues, have contributed a few good pieces here and there. Yet, you do all these posters such a deep dishonor to write them off with such a broad brush. Virtually everyone here, despite how much as they can push buttons, has deserved being invited to Rick's Party. Though I have been negative on your ass since you will not repudiated predation, the better summation of my contributions here must certainly take into consideration that I have posted dozens and dozens of strong, deep, personal, extremely well-written essays that others here have complimented. Like many others here, I am a very powerful contributor, and, as I've said, so have all the others been at least some of the time. Off, Nab, Shemp, Ron, Willy etc. all have posted some remarkable insights despite the fact that they have been written off by you. In short, you are so fucking wrong about the quality of writing, the astounding concepts covered, and the sweet seekingness of the minds here that it can only be concluded that you're being mindfully ignorant and spiteful -- a far deeper personal problem than merely being morally judgmental and sinner-spotting like myself, because you have obviously said something that virtually no one here can agree with, and yet you seem to expect all to agree that your conclusions are correct and deeply wise. This oozes with a haughty egoic ichor. How's it down there in the darkness, Bub? For you to say that I have not contributed, or that most of the folks here have not contributed enough positivity is so downright low and ugly. And note that for a person who says that there is no God, no ultimate truth, no morality that is universal, you sure do preach to us regularly about YOUR POV. And now, you're claiming that everyone else is so negative a contributor -- you seem, with this "timing of a spate of many postings" to have tried to first cover your ass before you came out with your mean-spirited summation of the qualities of the writings of others here. I would be perhaps cutting you a break if those cover-your-ass posts had been of higher quality, but it seems you just tossed them off. I do like your deeper thinking, but when it really counts, you run away. I don't need deep insight about Spain as much as I need to understand how you can talk to yourself and buy into the skewed vision you have. Now that would be a contribution. If I took the time to look at all the contributions here, I'm sure I could arrive at a listing for almost everyone here that showed the depth and sincerity of writing that FFlife should be proud of supporting, and certainly not deserving your contempt. And for you to run from confrontations of others questioning you deeply is such a tell about the paucity of your resonance with truth.
