Problem with enabling desktop effects for compiz

application to suck up RSS to local storage?

I know thunderbird can be used to view RSS news feed, but, like IMAP, the content is not stored locally, and thus viewing the pages are slow. Is there any application in Redhat which I can use to download RSS newsfeed, so that I can view it locally without much latency delays? -- Regards, Peter

Upon typing lnstat I got coredumped. Mine is FC6, and kernel is 2.6.28 from linus tree. strace lnstat execve(/usr/sbin/lnstat, [lnstat], [/* 44 vars */]) = 0 brk(0) = 0x804c000 access(/etc/ld.so.preload, R_OK) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)
