She is eating very well :) She has a good appetite and seems to be feeling
better tonight. We had a scare today. She decided to hide for a few hours and
would not come out. We searched and searched for her, even turning over
couches and the box springs on the bed, to no

Mine never know they need to take it easy after spays on pain meds either.

So glad to hear that your baby Pippin is doing well
after her spay. We took our rescue dog home from her
spay today and she's doing great. You wouldn't even
know she had surgery!

Glad to hear Pippin is doing well! It's great that your vet does a follow-up
check of the incision, mine doesn't unless I think there is a problem and I
always agonize about whether it looks normal or not. Good luck tomorrow.

Bones was practically hanging upside down from the top of the crate after
her spay, howling at the top of her lungs. I finally decided she'd get LESS
exercise being out and walking around the house than she was getting
CLIMBING the cage. She healed fine without the cage rest, LOL!

LOL That's about the size of it! She is currently resting contentedly outside
of her crate. She would not settle down inside, so I let her out :)
