Yo there LJ - well, it should say on the bottle - like 1tsp=2 grams, or whatever the measure is. Then you do that business of dividing by 4 (or whatever). Ha, I know this isn't great but hopefully a little helpful! I love this list too... Gloria On Jan 25, 2006, at 6:09 PM, l.j.

hugs glo!i have started with this... now comes my dumb question for the day...since it is powdered how do i know how much is 250 mg? must have been looking out the window that day in chemestry class...hehehe can i just mix it in their food?i RUN home everyday to
