I guess it depends on how bad and only you can tell. If it was me
and the cat was going non stop I would go. How often is this
happening?
Good sign is that she is eating. Could be she got into something.
If back to normal today I would monitor her for a week.

Sorry to hear about Akira; poor little girl. There could be a number of things going on from a virus, to something she ate (perhaps non-food), etc.
I think I would bring her in to the vet if you can get an appointment.
