I am planning to send my babies to Rustic Hollow in Iowa when  I pass away.  
They do ask a fee, but my guys are on special food and this has to cover vet 
bills also since they will be there for the rest of their lives.  All things 
considered, it is not too high for me to be sure my babies will have a good 
home.  They also take FELV positive kitties.

Thank you, Bob.  I will be in touch with the two that you mentioned.
Before I adopted my momma and her two boys I was looking for rescues to
take them.  I found two; one required $1,000 surrender fee and the other
was a $3,000 surrender fee.  Unfortunately though, and I understand the
financial need to shelters caring for FeLv cats, those two surrender fees
were cost prohibitive.

I am looking forward to learning from this group :-D.

Are the only ones that come to mind at the moment...    Also you might 
give a look at  Seer Farms  in Lakewood NJ. These are the only ones
